Plan the perfect trip

- When you're ready for the trip of a lifetime, reach out to an expert. We're here for you at 1-800-820-7932 during standard business hours EST, or anytime at info@idealsouthamerica.
- Together we'll go through what you'd like to do, who will be traveling with you, and any special interests or preferences that you have.
- Your personal Travel Consultant will prepare a customized itinerary that maximizes your travel experience and your travel budget. All the details will be covered – hotels, meals, transfers and tours. We can arrange your flights too, so that you have nothing to worry about.
- We make any adjustments needed to your Tour Program until you are totally happy.
- When all the details are finalized you give us a deposit - by bank transfer or credit card- and we lock in your reservations, any flights we're booking on your behalf, tours, transfers and hotel rooms for your trip.
- Before you leave we will send you an information packet by email with everything you'll need to know about your trip. You'll have all the details at your fingertips, as well as emergency contact information for every country where you will be traveling.
- Once you depart your only task is to have a fabulous South American experience. We'll be behind you every step of the way to answer questions or handle any unexpected events. All you need to do is have a great time!
